B) In order to access some features of the Website, you will be required to create an account. You are not permitted to use another Users account without their explicit written permission. When creating your account, you will be required to provide information and must provide accurate and complete information. If you do not wish to provide the requested information, please do not proceed with creating an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account credentials secure. You are required to notify SolutionScope immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. SolutionScope is not liable for any losses or damages caused by any unauthorized use of your account. You may be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by SolutionScope or others due to any unauthorized use of your account.

C) You explicitly agree not to use or initiate any automated system, not limited to "bots", “offline readers”, or "spiders" that accesses the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to the Website servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a convention online web browser. This includes the use of, copying, or distribution of User Submissions obtained through the Website for any commercial purposes. 6. User Submissions

A) The Website may allow users to submit audio, video, written or other communications ("User Submissions") and may publish such User Submissions. You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, the Website does not guarantee confidentiality of these submissions.

B) You are solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of publishing them. With respect to User Submissions, you affirm, and warrant the following:

You own or have the necessary rights, consents, permissions and licences to use and authorize SolutionScope to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Use;
You have authorization, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the User Submission to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Use.
Through submitting content to the Website, you retain all of your ownership rights over User Submissions however, you grant SolutionScope a global, non-exclusive, royalty free, sublicence and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display the User Submissions without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the SolutionScope Website in any media formats and through any media channels.
You also grant each user of the SolutionScope Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Use.
The license granted by you terminates once you remove or delete a User Submission from the Website.

C) With respect to User Submissions, you agree to the following:

That you will not submit any content or material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from the rightful owner to post the material and to grant SolutionScope such rights
Publish false information or misrepresentations that could damage SolutionScope or any third-party
Submit material that is obscene, libelous, defamatory, libelous, unlawful, threatening, pornographic, hateful, harassing, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;
Post advertisements or solicitations of business
Impersonate another person

D) SolutionScope doesn't endorse any User Submission including any opinions, recommendations, or advice expressed and SolutionScope expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. SolutionScope does not permit copyright infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and will take expedient action to remove all Content and User Submissions upon receipt of notification that such Content or User Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights.

E) SolutionScope reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice and will also terminate a User's access to its Website, if they are determined to be have infringed on intellectual property. SolutionScope reserves the right in its sole discretion to decide whether a User Submission is appropriate for and complies with these Terms of Use for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. SolutionScope may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

You agree that your use of the SolutionScope Website is at your sole risk to the fullest extent permitted by law. SolutionScope and all of its representatives disclaim all warranties express or implied in connection with the website and your use of it. SolutionScope makes no warranties or representation about the completeness, or accuracy of the Websites content or the content of any sites linked to the Website and assumes no liability or responsibility for any of the following:

Any errors, mistakes, inaccuracies of content
Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to and use of the Website
Any unauthorized access to or use of secure servers and any and all personal information or
Any interruption of cessation of transmission to or from the Wesbite
Any viruses, malware, infections which may have been transmitted to or through the Website or third-party in any manner

8. Limitation Of Liability

Under no circumstances is SolutionScope, and its representatives liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages resulting from any of the following whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal manner and whether the company was advised of the possibility of any such damages:

Personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to and use of the Website
Any unauthorized access to or use of the Website’s secure servers and any information stored on them
Any unauthorized access to a Users member account
Any interruption of cessation of transmission to or from the Wesbite
Any viruses, malware, infections which may have been transmitted to or through the Website or third-party in any manner
Any errors or omissions any content or for any loss or damages incurred as a result of any content posted, transmitted, emailed or communicated through the Website

This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by the law in the applicable jurisdiction. 10. Ability To Accept Terms Of Use

You affirm that you are either greater than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Use. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 12, as the Website is not intended for children under 12. If you are under 12 years of age, then please do not use the Website.

11. Assignment

These Terms of Use, and any rights and licenses granted herein may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by the Website without restriction.
