This article is going to show you how to delete a scoped app in ServiceNow App Engine low-code no-code platform. This tutorial was created using a ServiceNow instance on the Paris release.

Prerequisites:
To delete a scoped app, you must have the System Administrator role.
How to Delete a Scoped App in ServiceNow
To delete a scoped app in ServiceNow App Engine low-code no-code platform, follow these steps:
Step 1: In the filter navigator, enter “Applications”.
Step 2: In the “System Applications” menu, select “My Company Applications”.

Step 3: Next, select the app that you want to delete. Apps will be grouped by their status in the instance: In Development, Installed or Not Installed. Click on the app that you want to delete. In this example, we’re going to delete an app that is in development called “Invoice Approval”.

Step 4: This will bring you into the record for the app that you selected. Click “Delete”.

Step 5: A confirmation prompt will be displayed. Click “Delete”.

Step 6: Another confirmation prompt will be displayed. It will prompt you to enter the word “delete” to complete the action. Enter “delete” and click “Ok”.

Step 7: A progress bar will display & execute. Once complete, that’s it. The app is deleted. Click “Done”.
